No prior coding experience is needed for most programs — we have beginner-friendly tracks as well as advanced programs for experienced professionals. We do a brief orientation call to make sure you are matched to the right program for your background and goals.

Yes, within the first 7 days of the program start date you may switch to a different program, subject to availability of seats in the desired batch. The switch is processed under our transfer policy and any fee difference is adjusted accordingly. Please refer to our Refund & Transfer Policy for full details.
Yes. All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the student portal within 24 hours of the session ending. You will receive a notification when the recording is available. Recordings are fully indexed and searchable within the LMS so you can jump to any topic.
You have lifetime access to all recordings and course materials from the programs you enrol in. There is no expiry date. We also notify you whenever course content is updated so you can access the latest version of any module.
The recording will be available in your portal within 24 hours. You can submit any questions that arise from the recording in the next live session, or post them in the dedicated Slack channel for your batch — instructors respond to Slack queries within a few hours on weekdays.
Between 10 and 60+ projects depending on your program, all of them real-world grade. Projects are drawn from actual business problems — predicting churn for a telecom company, building a RAG chatbot for a legal firm, architecting a CI/CD pipeline for a SaaS product. These are portfolio pieces that hiring managers actually respond to.
We accept credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI and EMI via our lending partners — HDFC Credila, Propelld and Eduvanz. International students may pay via wire transfer. All payments are processed through a secure gateway and you will receive a receipt and GST invoice within 24 hours.
Yes. EMI options start from ₹2,917 per month with zero-cost EMI available through our lending partners HDFC Credila, Propelld and Eduvanz. Tenure options range from 6 to 24 months. Our counsellors can walk you through the options and help you apply directly during enrolment.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of the first live session, provided you have attended fewer than 2 live sessions. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@learnbay.co. Every program includes: resume review and rebuild, LinkedIn profile optimisation, mock technical interviews (2 rounds minimum), mock HR interviews, direct referrals to 350+ hiring partner companies and a dedicated placement manager who is assigned to you when you enter the placement phase. The placement manager remains your point of contact until you accept an offer.
94% of students who complete the full program and actively participate in placement activities — submitting their resume, attending mock interviews and applying to referrals — receive a job offer. This is tracked and reported on an ongoing basis. We do not count students who drop out of the placement process.
On average, students are placed within 45 days of completing the program and entering the active placement phase. Timelines vary by program, target role and individual effort — students who complete all mock interviews and apply consistently tend to receive offers fastest. Some students receive offers before program completion through our early referral network.
We use Zoom for live sessions, Slack for community communication and batch-specific channels, and a custom LMS (Learning Management System) for recordings, assignments, project submissions and placement resources. All three platforms are web-based and accessible from any modern browser — no special software installation is required.
You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection (minimum 4 Mbps recommended for HD video), a webcam and a microphone. Most mid-range laptops from the last 5 years are fully adequate. For programs involving model training (Data Science, GenAI), we provide access to cloud compute environments so you do not need a high-spec machine.
Post in your batch Slack channel immediately — classmates and the teaching assistant can share the Zoom link or troubleshoot with you. If the issue is on our end, sessions are automatically rescheduled and students are notified within 30 minutes.
